Yes, we ship all over the world. We place every order on a trackable service so you can follow your order all the way to your door. We just wish we could see your dog’s face when you open their gift!

We ship worldwide although it can take a little more time for your order to arrive. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may be incurred depending on where you are located.

We work as quickly as we can to pack your order and get it sent on its way to you and your bestie! Your FriendshipCollar goodies will be sent on a tracked service and can take 3–5 days to arrive. If you need a quicker service, contact us and we can help. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Ordering at midnight and super excited but you put in the wrong size or address? Don’t worry, we know how you feel! Typos and errors happen and we want to help you fix them. However, we work really fast to pick and ship orders. If you contact us quickly we can try to make changes, but we can't promise the order hasn't already been dispatched.

We are not responsible for return costs. Our shipping address and details for your return or exchange will be sent to you.
