I have a question about placing an order...
To ensure that your dog looks effortlessly stylish and most importantly that they are very comfortable we suggest that you measure your pooches neck. Take a flexible tape measure and measure your dog’s neck. If you do not have a tape measure you can use a piece of string and measure with a ruler. A rule of thumb is to leave an allowance for two fingers to fit between the collar and your dog, for the most comfortable fit. There is some overlap with the sizing of our collars, which means that for some dogs there will be two collar sizes that fit. Please check our Sizing Page for further information.
Looking for additional collars? If you are lucky enough to have two or more besties, your house must be so full of love and of course you want them to match! We do have some designs available as collar only! So please send us an email with the sizes you are after to email@example.com and we can help you and your fur-fam match!

Your tracking information will be emailed out to you once your product has been shipped. We ship products via a USPS tracked service.
I received my FriendshipCollar and...
Our FriendshipCollars are sold as a set, a collar packaged together with a matching bracelet. If you open up the product you will find that the bracelet is wrapped very neatly together inside the collar, with gold tags tying them together.
If your FriendshipCollar is not the perfect fit, we can happily exchange this for the correct size. We want your bestie to be super comfortable and we don’t want them to have to grow up too quickly!
In order to exchange your FriendshipCollar, the whole set (including the bracelet) would need to be returned back to us, in a sale-able condition, no extra holes punched, puppy drool or bite marks please! We are not responsible for return postage. However we will re-ship the correct size out to you free of charge.
If you are buying a FriendshipCollar for a friend, and need a little help with the sizing of their pooch, you can always purchase a FriendshipCollar Gift Card, so they can choose the correct size for their pup themselves, it makes the pawfect gift!
We know that you are going to LOVE your FriendshipCollar so much, but in case your purchase doesn’t work out, we are able to refund you for your order up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days we are only able to offer a Gift Card for returns, for use at FriendshipCollar.com
We cannot exchange or refund items that are older than 30 days.
FriendshipCollars sent back to us must be returned with all of the packaging intact, in a sale-able condition, so please do not send us back collars with any extra holes punched, or covered in puppy drool or bite marks please!
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your refund amount will exclude shipping costs. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days and funds can take up to 10 days to be credited to your card.
