A New Leash on Life is working very hard to create a no-kill community in Huntsville. Thanks to their efforts, Huntsville now has a live release rate of over 90%! Just a few years ago, it was only 50%.
Their county and surrounding rural areas of Alabama still need support, and they are working to help the pets that need them, while still supporting Huntsville! You can see some adoptable pets below, as of July 2019, and find all their adoptables on their website.

Dixon is energetic and would love an active lifestyle where he could blossom! He is very smart and picks up things quickly. We think he would make a great pet!”
