♡ What is it like having a dog as a best friend?
She’s my best travel companion who is up for any adventure or just relaxing by my side
♡ Does your pooch like to swim?
Fancy loves to swim! If you mention pool or swimming she will do circles around you in excitement. She was not a good swimmer to start as her breed is very bottom heavy. But with the help of a life jacket, she became a little fish in no time! 🐠
♡ Do you travel together often?
All the time! I try and get out of So Cal once a month and we usually do an extended road trip each season
♡ What are your top tips for being the best dog parent?
Allow your dog the space they need to be a dog and learn their behaviors so you can communicate properly as a pair.
♡ What does your BFF do that always makes you smile?
Every morning when she feels me move or hears my alarm she’ll look up at me and then roll over for some belly rubs. 😄 It’s her way of saying good morning
♡ Do they have a favorite summer treat?
During the summer I make frozen treats for Fancy. A little natural yogurt, peanut butter, and banana…she loves them!
♡ Where’s your dog’s favorite place to go?
It’s a toss up between the beach and the snow! ❄️
♡ Can they do any fun tricks?
We’ve been working hard on wave and are finally seeing the results of that hard work. Keep your eyes out for lots of pictures of Fancy waving from epic places this summer
♡ What is their favorite way to relax?
She loves to relax outside basking in the sunshine 🌞
♡ Are there activities you are looking forward to showing your pup this summer?
We’re heading out on a 23 day road trip and are very much looking forward to spending quality time together! We’ll be hiking, camping, and paddling our way through Colorado, Wyoming, and Alberta.
♡ What is your pup’s favorite season? What is yours?
If I had to pick one I’d say fall for both of us. ⛰️ Cooler temps and fall leaves in the mountains (and maybe even a little snow) but still swimming weather at home
